I wish the i-tab was everything they advertised it to be. I purchased one and after returning it to the distributor and having them ship me three different non-working units, I finally contacted the manufacturer in Ireland. They told me to send them the defective unit and they would send me a new one. That was over 6 months ago and I have phoned them and emailed them. Each time they have promised a speedy solution but as of yet, they still haven't returned my i-tab unit. I don't think this company is very reliable and they certainly haven't lived up to any promises they've made me. It looks like I'm out the $200, plus over $150 of shipping for returning the non working units.
